Rental process
Parts selection
During your visit to the store, items available for rent are selected based on their condition, value, and age. Some items may be refused or deemed ineligible for rental according to these criteria. The maximum rental period is 7 days.
Rental fees
The rental fee is 10% of the value of the garment(s), multiplied by the number of rental days. After making your selection in-store, a security deposit equal to the total value of the items is required to confirm the rental. This deposit will be refunded upon return of the items to the store, provided they are in good condition.
Tracking and return of parts
Upon return of the clothing to the store, a complete inspection of its overall condition will be carried out before your security deposit is returned to you. In the event of damage to the garment, additional cleaning or repair fees may apply if damage or special care is required following the rental period.
