Selection
During your visit, items are authenticated and appraised according to current market conditions. The valuation of your items will be performed on-site. Within 24 hours of your in-store selection, you will receive a detailed email with a list of your items, including a brief description and price confirmation. All designer pieces sold in the boutique must undergo the authentication process and be in saleable condition.

Sales commission
A service fee equivalent to 30% of the item's sale price applies to cover all administrative costs, including authentication, documentation, website listing, and transaction processing. This fee remains fixed even if the consigned item is discounted.
Sales tracking
To guarantee quality service, we handle the entire transaction and take responsibility for sales follow-up. You will receive an email notification as soon as one of your items is sold. Payment for the remaining balance of your sold items can be made at any time via digital bank transfer, PayPal, or store credit, according to your preference.
