Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a purchase confirmation, invoice, and tracking number. Domestic orders will be shipped via Canada Post with payments authorized by the platform. International orders will be shipped via FedEx or UPS, whichever is more cost-effective.

Eyes Can't Clothes is not responsible for shipping issues. If an order is lost or not delivered, it will be reshipped at your expense. No refunds or cancellations will be issued for delivery delays.

 

PACKAGE COLLECTION

For local customers, it's possible to buy online and pick up your order in-store to avoid delivery fees. Once you receive your purchase confirmation, you have two weeks to contact us by email or Instagram to schedule your order pickup.

 

RETURN POLICY
